The capacity of the machines range from 20 m3/hr to 10000 m3/hr and produce oxygen and nitrogen with purity upto 99.7% and 99.9% respectively. Our well equipped manufacturing units and trained workforce help us in bringing high end machines and supplying them all over the world. Our oxygen nitrogen plant are manufactured in India at our advanced production units and supplied all over the world. Our well equipped production units and cheap labor cost assist us in manufacturing the plants that require low power and low upkeep expenses.

Air compression: Our organization employs latest and advanced air compressors to compress the atmospheric air. The compressors have inbuilt air suction filters to suck the air and desert the dust from entering into the system. The air compressor should be maintained properly as it is the main source of air supply to the plant.
Air purification: Despite of employing advanced air suction filters; there are some impurities, which accompany with the air into the system. In the air purification unit, the dusts such as carbon dioxide, moisture, etc. are removed before sending the air for cooling.
Air cooling: The compressed and purified air should be cooled to -150 to -160 Degree Centigrade in order to make the air liquid. In such a temperature, it becomes easy to separate oxygen and nitrogen from liquid air so cooling is needed. Thereafter, the cooled air is sent for separation.
Air separation: Oil free, moisture free and Carbon Dioxide free air gets liquefied when it enters the air separation column. In the column, the air gets separated into oxygen & nitrogen by the process of rectification.
Oxygen filling in the cylinder: In this step, compressed oxygen/nitrogen goes directly to high pressure oxygen cylinder at 150 Bar or up to higher as required. The liquid oxygen pump ensures no gas loss.
